We've guaranteed your satisfaction because our goal is to make you happy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a refund on the product. We do not refund shipping costs. Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to be issued. We do not exchange items, we only issue refunds for returned items.

Returns can only be accepted for unused/untailored items with their original tags attached within 30 days of the purchase. Returns cannot be accepted for clearance merchandise or past 30 days from the day it was delivered to you.

In order to process your return, you must include your registration name and order number with your return so we have the necessary information to issue the refund. You can access your order history by logging into your account and clicking on 'Order History' in the upper right-hand corner of the website below the MiddleEasternMall.com phone number.

Be sure to use delivery confirmation on your return package because MiddleEasternMall.com is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please, please, please do not over stuff the packages to save on postage because it destroys the merchandise. If merchandise is intentionally damaged by the customer we will either ship the items back to you for you to keep or deduct up to 20% off the return refund to be issued.

To help us serve you better, we set these guidelines for returns.

• Do inspect all items upon receiving them. Make sure that there is no damage that is attributable to causes that may arise during shipment.
  
• The returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when it was shipped, that is, untailored, new and unwashed, and must be shipped in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  
• Include your name you are registered at MiddleEasternMall.com with, plus your order number to help speed up the refund process. It is difficult to process returns with no information except the return address on the envelope.
  
• The buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs to return the product, unless the reason for the return is a defect in the merchandise or the wrong item was shipped out, in which case Middle Eastern Mall will absorb the costs.
