Returns and exchanges can only be accepted for unused/untailored items with their original tags attached within 30 days of the purchase. Returns cannot be accepted for sale or clearance merchandise or past 30 days from the day of purchase.

To help us serve you better, we set these guidelines for return/exchange.

• Do inspect all items upon receiving them. Make sure that there is no damage that is attributable to causes that may arise during shipment.
  
• If you wish to return/exchange, please state the problem clearly in your email and what you wish to receive in exchange for the returned item: another product, store credit, or full refund.
  
• The returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when it was shipped, that is, untailored, new and unwashed, and must be shipped in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  
• The buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs to return the product, unless the reason for the return is a defect in the merchandise or the wrong item was shipped out, in which case Middle Eastern Mall shall absorb the costs.
