Arm Sleeve covers are a wardrobe extender. These cover from the wrist up to the upper arm (approximately 17” long) enabling ladies to wear three quarter length and some short sleeve clothing while remaining modest. The fabric is a cool cotton and stretchy spandex blend which holds snuggly.
